New Trike

Dominic got a new trike this weekend. He isn't able to push the petals hard enough to make it go anywhere yet, but I have a feeling that he'll figure it out in no time. It came with a handle that you can attach off of the back to push him with. So, we're already getting to use it for walks. Dominic is such a little character and waves to the neighbors mowing their lawns as we walk by. He also takes both of his hands off of the bars as we're walking which freaks Brian out every time :) and stands on the seat. I never pictured Brian to be the overboard careful type of parent, but he sure can't handle the idea of Dominic falling and getting hurt from anything. Dominic doesn't seem to be scared of much though, and willing to try everything; not a good combo. I foresee lots of bumps, bruises and scraped knees in our future with this kid, and a lot more grey hair for Brian :)
