Busy Days

We got a play structure for the backyard. It's the perfect size for him. Gotta love craigslist :)

Dominic has been randomly pretending to fall asleep and then looks up to see if he has anyone's attention with the biggest grin. Such a little crack up.

On every walk Dominc stops at every flower to smell it. The other day we picked some off of an overgrown bush down by Dunsmuir's back entrance. We brought them home, put them in the glass and set them on the counter. Dominic pointed up at them every few minutes, so we kept taking them down, smelling them and putting them back up. So cute.

HABITOT : Our friend Emily got Dominic a membership to this interactive toddler museum for his birthday. We went for the first time yesterday and had a blast! Can't wait to go again.
They had the coolest rocketship and astronaut outfits. The inside was all computer keyboards, phones, steering wheels, etc.... Dominic couldn't have been more intrigued. He could have stayed, hanging out in the rocketship the whole day and been in heaven. The art room was probably my favorite to watch Dominic in. He painted so intently! I haven't really taken out the paints at home yet, didn't think he'd really be into yet. He was adorable in his little smock painting away.
They also had a little grocery store with fruit and vegetable stands, cash registers, carts, etc... Dominic unfortunately loved pushing the carts a little too wholeheartedly and kept plowing kids over. So, needless to say, we moved on.
They had the coolest little waterpark with water slides, water tables, bathtubs to wash baby dolls in, etc... This was the last exhibit we hit. Good thing, because Dominic was SOAKING wet afterwards.
